Hello world,...no really...."Hello World!". It is generally accepted that the first rule of public speaking is to know your audience. Well, what then if your audience is, say...The World? No doubt, time will tell how foolish it is (or isn't) for folks to go about publishing their thoughts on the Internet for the general public to love, hate and ignore. But one thing is for sure, it is happening everyday now - and it is quite a nice little form of self-expression. I have to admit that I have truly benefited from it (please be patient and I will soon clothe my naked blogspot with such self-indulgent external references and unpaid advertisements which I will use to declare my worldview) and I must also admit that I have felt the urge (all-to-often) to present my un-peer-reviewed thoughts and feelings to the unknown, nameless masses online in hopes of finding some fellowship, enlightenment, affirmation and... maybe, just maybe..., something will get posted that actually makes...
